Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping methods and any charges are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for our current squishy collection.

Processing and delivery

Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship from overseas. Processing and transit times vary by product and destination. If you need an item by a particular date, email team@wsworldus.com before ordering so we can check the supplier estimate. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking details are shared when available after dispatch. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Tracking updates may take time to appear with the carrier.
