Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact team@wsworldus.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return instructions and address

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide a supplier-confirmed return address and instructions. The return address may be outside the United States. Do not send items to an address on the parcel without our confirmation.

Return costs

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a resolution. If a return is required for one of these issues, Squishloom covers the required return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
